Terms & Conditions

1. About us

These terms apply to all orders and services from Asbon Fashion & Modeling Agency, Bijlmerplein 89A, 1102 DA Amsterdam, The Netherlands.

2. Orders & contract

A contract is formed once we confirm your order by email. We may refuse an order if a product is unavailable, the price is incorrect, or we cannot verify payment.

3. Prices & payment

Prices are in euros and include VAT where applicable. Payment is taken at checkout via our payment provider.

4. Delivery

Ready-to-wear items ship within the timeframe shown at checkout. Custom-made items are produced to your measurements and lead times are agreed individually. Risk passes to you on delivery.

5. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

You have 14 days from delivery to withdraw from a ready-to-wear purchase, without giving a reason. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags. Return shipping is at your cost unless the item is faulty.

Custom-made items are excluded from the right of withdrawal because they are made to your personal specifications (Art. 6:230p BW / Art. 16(c) Consumer Rights Directive).

6. Conformity & warranty

Products must conform to the contract. Statutory warranty rights under Dutch and EU consumer law apply.

7. Intellectual property

All designs, photographs, and content on this site are the property of Asbon Fashion or its licensors and may not be reproduced without permission.

8. Liability

Our liability is limited to the value of the order, except in cases of intent or gross negligence, or where Dutch law prohibits such limitation.

9. Governing law & disputes

These terms are governed by Dutch law. Disputes will be submitted to the competent court in Amsterdam. EU consumers may also use the European Commission’s Online Dispute Resolution platform.
